   By using Riferr, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service
   Riferr is a referral management platform that allows users to track, share, and manage professional referrals.

3. User Accounts
   You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

4. Acceptable Use
   You agree not to:

• Use Riferr for illegal purposes

• Submit false referral information

• Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the platform

5. Intellectual Property
   All content and technology within Riferr is the property of Riferr Inc. You may not copy or redistribute it without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability
   Riferr is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes to Terms
   We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Governing Law
   These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec, Canada.
